Who collects local, county and school district taxes?
The Borough Tax Collector is responsible for collecting the Borough of Seven Fields, Butler County and Seneca Valley School District real estate taxes. Ms. Patty Hohman is the Borough of Seven Fields Real Estate Tax Collector. Please notify Ms. Hohman if you refinance, purchase or sell your home.
Ms. Hohman has work hours at her residence located at 400 Hampton Court, Seven Fields, PA 16046 on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You may e-mail Seven Fields Tax Collector or call 724-252-2299 to schedule an appointment. Unpaid taxes are turned over to the Butler County Tax Claim Bureau.
Real estate taxes may be paid at a 2 percent discount during the discount period and thereafter, payable at face value. After the face value period, the penalty for late payment is 10 percent of the amount of the tax. See the tax collection schedule below:
