What is the Business Privilege Tax?

Ordinance No. 69 establishes the Business Privilege Tax in the Borough of Seven Fields. Every person engaging in a business, trade, occupation or profession in the Borough of Seven Fields, who maintains a place of business, with over $100,000 of gross receipts is required to pay an annual business privilege tax to the Borough of Seven Fields in the amount of $1,000. All businesses must register with the Borough through Berkheimer and the tax is collected by Berkheimer Tax Innovations.
